Investor/Owner's Engineering

Investor / Owner's engineers play a supportive role as a kind of "expert team" to fill resource and expertise gaps for a project. Known as "credit infrastructure engineers," they are highly qualified and trained to support you from project initiation to operation. Each project is unique and thus requires different services. MCG, in coordination with the Investor / Owner's team, assists in shaping the investment process, starting from fundamental technical and commercial reviews to ensure the successful implementation of projects.

Resource Development, and Planning

MCG assists in the crucial first steps of a mining project by accurately identifying and developing reserves to industry standards, providing essential information for subsequent phases, including pre-feasibility and feasibility stages.

During Design and Project Planning

MCG serves as a guide on behalf of its clients. Investor / Owner's engineering helps to lay the foundation of a project, minimize risks, define scope, evaluate budgets, conduct feasibility and site studies, analyze technology alternatives, support permitting, and address environmental concerns.

Equipment Selection and Procurement

As the Investor/Owner Representative, MCG bridges communication and control between equipment manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring that both technical and commercial requirements are fully met.

Construction / Commissioning

At this stage, MCG ensures the smooth and successful establishment, commissioning, and ramp-up of mining facilities to full production, coordinating with the Investor/Owner and its subcontractors (e.g., Construction, Electrical, Mechanical, Safety, Environmental).

During Operations

With experienced professionals, MCG develops optimized repair and maintenance programs and provides process and mechanical improvement solutions for operational facilities, ensuring efficient and sustainable performance.
