Murat Us

Born in 1979 in Karaman. Graduated from Orta Doğu Technical University, Department of Mining Engineering in 2002.

With over 20 years of experience in the mining industry, he has had the opportunity to work in ore preparation, crushing, and screening plants, as well as in various managerial positions at global engineering, equipment, and service provider companies in this field.

He has always enjoyed working on projects where he could create added value in the mining sector. Now, he plans to continue these activities even more strongly under the MCG umbrella, along with a team that shares similar values.

Canserey Baykal

Born in 1989 in Ankara. Graduated from Bilkent University, Department of Economics in 2012. Also a Certified Public Accountant since 2019.

She has over 10 years of experience working in various roles, including finance reporting specialist, financial project manager, financial controller, and finance manager, in government institutions and international companies.

She believes that by blending financial and sectoral developments with evolving needs, it is possible to create a comprehensive positive impact.

Z. Gamze Alış

Born in 1982 in Ankara. Graduated from Orta Doğu Technical University, Department of Mining Engineering in 2005.

She has over 20 years of experience in various areas of the mining industry, including production (underground, surface, and facility), project management, contract management, business development, procurement, and sales. Having worked for many years in multinational and/or international organizations, she is accustomed to working with diverse cultures and perspectives.

She strongly believes in the power of team spirit, diversity, and inclusivity in the workplace.
